At COKODIVE BULK BUYS, we strive to ensure your inventory meets the highest standards, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that bulk orders are subject to a restocking fee unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated bulk support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions to our central warehouse.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original shipping cartons to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
